Intended Use:
For the effective treatment of obesity and for weight control by increasing the feeling of satiety.

Dosage Instruction:
Swallow whole 3-5 capsules with a glass of water 30 minutes before each of your three main meals. At the beginning of the treatment 3 capsules per main meal should be taken. Dependant on the feeling of fullness, the intake can be increased up to 5 capsules per meal.

Composition Indications:
One capsule contains: 400mg Ispaghula Husk-powder, Sodium Bicarbonate, Magnesium Stearate. Capsules Shell: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

Dosage form and content:

120 cellulose capsules.

Contra Indications:
Do not use this product if you suffer from disease-related strictures in the gastro-intestinal tract, bowel disorder and diabetes or have a known hpersensitivity to Indian Ispaghula seed.

Interactions with other substances:
This product can delay the absorbtion of simultaneously taken medicines; as a result you should take other medicines at least 1 hour before taking Fulfill Plus™.

Side Effects:
In rare cases hypersensitivity reactions may occur. An increase in the volume/or softening of faeces can also occur.

Important Indications:
Do not use this product after the expiry date. The product is not intended for use by children. Pregnant or nursing mothers should not take this product. Please drink at least 2 litres of water or low calorie drinks per day. Take the capsules with fluid. Do not suck, chew or bite on the capsule. KEEP ALL MEDICINES OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
